Several celebrities, including Sarah Geronimo, Kim Atienza Janella Salvador, Chie Filomeno, and Carla Abellana are demanding justice relating the unwarranted death of Killua, a golden retriever who was earlier reported missing by furmom Vina Rachelle.
Vina would go on to find the dog inside a dirty sack -- bloodied, lifeless.
Confronting the perpetrator, a man named Anthony Solares, she was told the death of Killua was deemed necessary as the dog had already bitten somebody.
Note though that there was no complainant presented.
Vina has since uploaded a video of the confrontation on social media urging people to help her in attaining justice for her baby.
“Justice for Killua” quickly became among trending topic on X.
Said Sarah, “This news is extremely heartbreaking. Walang kalaban-laban ‘yung aso."
“Every life deserves respect and protection. It’s time to demand accountability and raise our voices against animal cruelty,” she added. “Let’s unite in being the voice for the voiceless. Killua.. we will fight for you.”
“People don’t deserve animals. Ang sakit sakit sa puso. These psychos better end up in jail,” Janella said.
Kim maintained, “Golden retrievers are the safest dogs to be with kids. You broke the law, you will go to jail sir.”
Chie related, “I just saw everything… Nadurog ang puso ko.”
“Justice for Killua will be given soon. You’ll see,” Carla said.
