Nobody is having the time of their lives at the 66th Grammy Awards more than Miley Cyrus. And to mark the occassion, the American singer donned not just one but five stunning looks that, until now, are keeping us on a fashion high.
Miley’s first style moment at the Grammys was on the red carpet. She wore a gilded Maison Margiela piece designed by fashion’s enfant terrible John Galliano. The look featured over 14,000 golden safety pins and took 675 hours to be finished. Stylist Bradley Kenneth completed the look with a pair of aged-yellow and gold faux lizard tabi interlaced ankle-strap pumps created by Christian Louboutin, which was part of the Maison Margiela’s artisanal 2024 collection.
Looking every bit of a seasoned pop star was Miley in a sequin black halter jumpsuit. She won the Best Pop Solo Performance award for her song “Flowers.” Receiving the award from the legendary singer Mariah Carey was one of the highlights of the moment for Miley.
Vintage fashion continues to run at major awards ceremony. An example of that was Miley’s performance look at the Grammys. She sang her self-ove anthem “Flowers” while wearing a silver fringe minidress with jewel-tone details by designer Bob Mackie.
After baring skin with her previous looks, Miley opted to wear a lace catsuit with a sweetheart neckline. Adding drama to the look were strappy sandals and a feathered bolero.
Lastly, Miley took home the Record of the Year award wearing a couture piece in delicious chocolate color by Gucci. The custom look was a sequin dress crafted by creative director Sabato De Sarno and paired it with the brand's Bamboo 1947 handbag and Signoria pumps.
