Surigao del Sur 2nd district Rep. Johnny Pimentel started his Valentine's Day right---by being smothered with kisses by his lovely wife, Lelis. 

Congressman Johnny, a veteran member of the House of the Representatives, showed that he was also a veteran when it comes to making his spouse happy: He gifted Lelis with a bouquet of flowers and her favorite sweets first thing in the morning Wednesday, Feb. 14, on "Heart's Day".

So it's no wonder then that the National Unity Party (NUP) stalwart was reciprocated with a warm morning by his dearest Valentine.
