‘Laughter’ is PBBM’s, FL Liza’s love language

When they said laughter is the best medicine, President Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos are all ears, bringing the adage at the core of their 30-year marriage.

In the “BBM Vlog 254: Ask Us Anything With FL” episode, a netizen asked about the Marcoses’ love language.

“I think laughter, right?,” the First Lady answered, turning to the President. To which, Marcos agreed.

“We just try I supposed to be with each other as much as possible,” he said.

“As I said earlier, snatch what little time there is in our both busy schedules to spend time with one another. It’s really time because it’s the most valuable thing,” the President, who’s often seen with the First Lady in official functions in and out of the country, added.

“We laugh a lot,” he then shared.

But as normal with other couples, do the country’s First Couple also fight and make up?

Marcos surprisingly claimed that he and the First Lady never fights.

“Oh, we never get into fights or any arguments. I don’t understand the question. That never happens,” he said.

“It’s perfect. We never fight,” the First Lady chimed in.

The couple, who got married on April 17, 1993 at the San Francesco Convent in Fiesole, Italy, celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary last year, with the President getting down on one knee and proposing to his wife again during the celebration.

In a Facebook post, Marcos shared a message he penned for the First Lady, saying, “Dearest Liza, make all my dreams come true. Marry me again! Happy anniversary!”
