Nespresso is celebrating the holiday season with a new collection of limited-edition coffees created in collaboration with French chef Jean Imbert. Known for his work in luxury dining, including his role as head chef of the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, Imbert brings a culinary touch to the brand’s festive offerings.
The collection, part of Nespresso’s Festive Odyssey campaign, takes inspiration from global travel and features three coffee blends and holiday-themed accessories. The campaign reflects the charm of train journeys and the art of exploration, aligning with Nespresso’s partnership with Belmond, a luxury travel and hospitality brand.
The limited-edition coffees include the Unforgettable Espresso and Double Espresso, which blend Arabica beans from Peru and Costa Rica with Robusta for a profile featuring toasted cereal and woody notes. The Almond Croissant Flavor evokes the aromas of Parisian bakeries with almond and buttery pastry notes, while the Peanut and Roasted Sesame Flavor combines toasted sesame, popcorn, and mixed nuts for a warming, nutty taste.
Nespresso is also bringing back its holiday advent calendars for both Original and Vertuo systems. Each calendar offers a daily coffee surprise, including the new blends co-created with Imbert and a selection of classic Nespresso favorites. The packaging reflects global destinations, adding a visual element to the coffee experience.
To complement the new blends, Nespresso has introduced recipes designed for the holiday season. These include the Iced Festive Peanut Butter Delight, made with the Peanut and Roasted Sesame Flavor, and the Gourmet Almond Croissant Latte, which highlights the Almond Croissant Flavor with milk and orange blossom. For those looking for a festive drink, the Unforgettable Cocktail Espresso pairs the Unforgettable Double Espresso with brandy, lime juice, and vanilla syrup. Mocktail options are also available.
