A construction worker and a member of the “Mustafa criminal group” was arrested in a joint operation conducted by members of the Warrant and Subpoena Section, Station Intelligence Section, and Pasay City Police Substation 3 on Christmas Day, Dec. 25.
The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspect as alias “Nelson,” 40. He was arrested at around 2:30 p.m. at Welcome Plaza in Barangay 93.
The SPD said Nelson was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jehan Batua Sampao-Hassiman of the Pasay City Family Court Branch 11 for Rape (Violation of Art. 266-A (i) in Relation to Art. 266-B of the Revised Penal Code).
The suspect is currently detained at the Pasay City Police custodial facility after his arrest.
