Austin Reaves will give Filipino fans a chance to meet him in person in Los Angeles through a promo organized by ArenaPlus.

The promo, which was held until Dec. 21, will fly the winner to an all-expense-paid trip to Los Angeles and meet the basketball star.

The winner will be named on Dec. 23 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. through the brand’s Instagram account with no less than Reaves going live to make the announcement.

The brand said it encourages participants to use #MeetARinLA, #ArenaPlusPH, and #AstigSaSports in their postings, and follow its social media accounts on Facebook (@arenaplusofficial), Instagram (@arenaplusph), X (@arenaplusph), TikTok (@arenaplusph), and YouTube (@arenaplusofficial).

Reaves has visited Manila many times, and even came to the Philippines last August where he was received in adulation by Filipino fans.

The 26-year-old Reaves has a growing fanbase in the Philippines.

Through 21 games, Reaves is averaging 16.9 points, on pace to hit his career-high in a season if he continues the pace. He is also posting 3.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.0 steals this season.

“It's special for me,” said Reaves in an interview in 2023 about his fame. “I’m from a super small town. Not a lot of people expected me to be here representing our country.

“For [the fans] to accept me the way that they accept me, it means a lot to me,” he added.
