Angeli Pangilinan shared an update on the health status of her husband OPM icon Gary Valenciano who cut short his concert at the Araneta Coliseum on Dec. 20 after he vomited several times before the concert.

On Facebook on Dec. 21, Angeli said that Gary was okay but weak due to all the throwing up on Friday.

Angeli's full post:

"I have almost 1,400 viber messages (so thank you!) not to mention every other app I have! so if I don’t answer please don’t worry. I’ll just sleep for a bit as I slept for an hour only. Vitals are all normal and he is resting but we need to pray for wisdom about tomorrow’s concert.

"God turns a MESS into a MESSAGE so He is telling us something …and Jesus specializes in crisis situations … In a crisis CHRIST IS with us! Dont panic when he doesn’t or I don’t answer messages. I’m trying to use my FB page to communicate as you all have the same questions. Sugar ok. BP ok. Creatinine ok. He is ok. Just weak from all the throwing up - from the stage to the stretcher is what happened but he is ok now. Just weak.

"May I say I love you all and I believe that in all things He works for the good of those who love him who are called according to His purpose …so beyond the flood is a rainbow. All will be well.

"P.S. After his concert a drunken driver bumped his van. Such is life. Three hours before the concert his tech director broke his arm. Our accountant too. His driver got into an accident too which rendered him on leave for 4 weeks and Gary drove and parked his car everywhere!

"So many more attempts to crush our spirit but we will not be broken. If He is for us who can be against us !

"Today I bind all that want to destroy our spirit and the work of our hands and even Gary’s life in Jesus’ name.

Greater is He who is in me than He that is in the world ! As always, He knows best.

"So I trust in His sometimes-painful process even if I don’t understand . I do know He is perfect and we are not so this is a curveball I’ll take! His power is made perfect in our weakness ! Will sleep now ! Our cute doctor visited us this morning!" wrote Angeli.
