Founded during the pandemic by three friends with a shared passion for quality cocktails, Nightcap Manila has transformed the local mobile bar industry by offering customized, premium cocktail experiences. What began as a pandemic pastime has grown into a thriving business, elevating events with its innovative approach to cocktail crafting.

Celebrating its second anniversary, Nightcap Manila hosted an intimate gathering at The Residences at Westin on the 51st floor. The event featured a Nightcap Manila flute wall, floral installations by Paraluman, and a custom gin infusion station where guests could create unique blends from 13 botanicals. Music by Junoy Manalo and Emel Rowe added to the evening’s ambiance.

From cocktail kits to mobile bars
Nightcap Manila began with cocktail kits during the pandemic, allowing people to enjoy the art of mixology at home. Founders Aira So, Jamille Chua, and Klaire Chua transitioned their passion into a mobile bar service when restrictions eased, addressing a gap in the market for premium, well-balanced cocktails.

"While other mobile bars may focus on tequila shots or craft beers, we want to keep the spotlight on our craft cocktails,” said Aira. “We offer a wide range of options – from signature cocktails to classics, and even non-alcoholic drinks – ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience."

Bespoke cocktails for every occasion
Nightcap Manila specializes in bespoke cocktails tailored to clients’ preferences. From flavor profiles to bar aesthetics, the experience is fully customizable. Clients complete a detailed form outlining their preferences before visiting the Nightcap Manila Tasting Room in Scout Chuatoco to finalize their selections.

“Our goal is to ensure every drink reflects the client’s personality and event,” Aira said.

The team also brings this personalized approach to large-scale events, such as a Christmas party for Chevron where they served nearly 2,000 guests. Their client roster includes brands like H&M x Rabanne, Pond’s, and ISSY.

Innovative signature drinks
Nightcap Manila recently introduced Act One, a spirit-forward cocktail inspired by theater popcorn, featuring brown butter-washed bourbon and bee drood for a unique corn flavor. Other standout cocktails include Golden Tropics, Muscat Sour, Rose Quartz, and Salted Plum Margarita.

Built on passion and quality
With over 350 clients, Nightcap Manila has set a new standard for mobile bars, combining premium ingredients, expert craftsmanship, and a commitment to innovation. Whether for an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, Nightcap Manila continues to redefine the Filipino cocktail experience.
