The Board of Directors of Golden MV Holdings, Inc., in a meeting held on November 27, 2024, resolved to amend the Articles of Incorporation of HVN to change its corporate name from Golden MV Holdings, Inc. to Villar Land Holdings Corp.

Shareholders may send their written assent forms until fifteen (15) business days from distribution of the Definitive Information Statement.
