Manila launches 3D film show at Manila Clock Tower

Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan and Vice Mayor John Marvin "Yul Servo" Nieto are inviting residents and visitors to enjoy a festive holiday experience at the iconic Manila Clock Tower, with the special 3D film show titled "Sama-Saya sa Liwanag."

The show, launched by the Manila City Government, will run every evening throughout the holiday season, providing entertainment and light displays for all to enjoy.

The nightly show runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will feature a captivating blend of lights, stories, and fun, offering an exciting experience for both locals and tourists. 

The city government encourages everyone to position themselves at the grounds of the Kartilya ng Katipunan, located behind the Bonifacio Shrine, just beside the Manila City Hall as this prime viewing area will provide the best vantage point for the 3D display.

Meanwhile, Mayor Lacuna-Pangan also expressed her gratitude for the support received during the city's 12 Days of Christmas initiative. 

Manila executives spearheaded the annual gift-giving event where they personally distributed food boxes containing noche buena items to city residents.

A total of 740,000 families benefited from the program, ensuring that each household would have food to share on Christmas Day. 

The mayor thanked the various local government units for their cooperation and efficient coordination which made the distribution process swift and seamless. 

She also thanked barangay authorities who helped distribute unclaimed food boxes ensuring that no family was left out.
