In his speech during the distribution of land titles and certificates of condonation with release of mortgage (COCROM) in Panabo, Marcos said the completion of the projects will pave the way for prosperity and development in the region, adding he intends to revisit the region to inaugurate these significant projects.

Among the projects are the Tagum City Bypass Road, the Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road – both are expected to be completed by 2026 – and the Carmen-Tagum City Coastal Road.

"Hangad ko na sa susunod na pagbisita ko rito ay papasinayaan na natin ang Tagum City Bypass Road at ang Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road (I hope the next time I visit, I am here to inaugurate the Tagum City Bypass Road and the Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road)," Marcos said in his speech.

He said while the projects' completion are slated in 2026, he said it would be better to finish it earlier than scheduled.

"Tiyak na makakatulong ito sa pagpapabuti ng sitwasyon ng trapiko at pagpapabilis ng galaw ng inyong transportasyon, at pagpapaunlad ng negosyo, turismo, at agrikultura (It will surely help in improving the situation of traffic and the movement of transportation, and the progress of businesses, tourism, and agriculture)," Marcos said.

"Mas bibilis ang biyahe ng mga produkto, mas magiging madali na nating maipaparating ang mga tourist spots, tulad ng mga beach, mga ilog, at mga parks dito (The transport of produce will be faster, it will be easier to access tourist spots like beaches, rivers, and parks here)," he added.

During his visit in Panabo City, Davao del Norte, Marcos distributed COCROMs to over 11,000 beneficiaries across Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, and Davao Oriental.

He also awarded 672 e-titles to agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in Davao del Norte and Davao del Sur.
