Marcos said any intrusion in the country's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) is a matter of concern.

"All of that is very concerning. Any intrusion into the West Philippine Sea, of our EEZ, of our baselines is very worrisome. So, yes, it's just another one," the President said in an interview on Monday, Dec. 2, on the sidelines of his visit to the Manila Boys Town in Marikina City.

While it is a concerning occurrence, Marcos said he will let the military discuss it.

"We'll let the military discuss it with you," he said.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) disclosed on Monday that the  Russian attack submarine recently passed through the West Philippine Sea off Occidental Mindoro.
