At least 20 domestic flights were cancelled as typhoon "Marce" threatens the northern parts of Luzon of heavy rains and strong winds, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said on Thursday, Nov. 7.
CAAP spokesman Eric Apolonio said the strong winds of "Marce" forced teh cancellation of flights, especially those bound for northern Luzon.
Among those cancelled were six flights of the Cebu Pacific and the Philippine Airline to and from Tuguegarao, four flights to and from Laoag, to flights to and from Batanes and flights to and from Isabela.
