In a sworn statement provided by Madulid on Monday, November 4, he stated that he was allegedly ordered by a well-known person to watch the actions and activities of the Racal family.

Police said charges for violations of RA 10591, RA 9516, and Trespass to Dwelling will be filed against the suspect.
