Haier has launched new products during their “Unveiling Fresh Possibilities” event. This includes new washing machines and refrigerators with smart technology for the modern home, featuring energy efficiency, spacious interiors, and connectivity.
Haier’s new 4-Door Refrigerator offers more space and better temperature control. Its compartmentalized design makes it easier to retrieve items, as each segment inside the fridge is organized. The four smaller doors help retain cold air better than one large door, reducing the amount of cold air that escapes when you open the fridge.
The Mirror Glass series, on the other hand, is designed with the future in mind. Apart from the digital numbers that appear on the door to give users information about the unit, the Mirror Glass door is reflective enough to be used as a mirror!
The star of the day was the product reveal segment, beginning with the new 4-Door Refrigerator and the sleek Mirror Glass Series. Haier’s Product Planning Executive Director, Ms. Jennifer Samson, highlighted the advanced features of these models.
“Haier’s latest refrigerators are designed to elevate the modern home with style and functionality,” said Jennifer Samson, product planning executive director, Haier.
Haier also briefly discussed their new washing machines, which are eco-friendly. One standout feature is the “smart balls.” Inside the washing machine are smart balls that come out during the washing process. These balls spin around outside the chamber and would return to their own compartment as the water drains. These balls are the heart of Haier’s self-cleaning feature. In other washers, leftover dirt gathers overtime. This results to a bad smell in the washed clothes. The smart balls ensure the washer remains clean. Though Haier didn’t clarify if these smart balls are aimed to eliminate or reduce the number of times the washer would need to be serviced.
Haier’s ACs also received some limelight. They are equipped with smart features that you would expect from an AC -- like Wi-Fi connectivity, so you can switch on your AC as you’re arriving from home. After all, we all just want to relax after a long day.
