Amiya Raya begins the holiday celebration with a Christmas tree lighting ceremony

Amiya Raya officially kicked off the holiday season with its annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. The afternoon event gathered Amiya Raya homeowners, property buyers, and members of the Amiya Raya Homeowners Association management and staff to celebrate the spirit of community and holiday cheer.

The event, now in its fourth year, has become a beloved tradition in the Amiya Raya community, promoting unity and fostering connections among residents. This year’s program highlights included an on-the-spot parol-making contest, where attendees demonstrated their creativity by crafting Filipino holiday lanterns. Participants were given limited time to complete their parols, and three outstanding designs were recognized and awarded for their ingenuity.

Adding to the festive ambiance, the talented Ensemble of Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu serenaded guests with classic Christmas carols, filling the evening with the warmth and joy of holiday music.

The main highlight of the evening was the highly anticipated Christmas tree lighting ceremony, where the community Christmas tree was unveiled in all its glowing beauty, accompanied by a stunning fireworks display that lit up the night sky. The collective excitement and cheers from attendees underscored the close-knit spirit that defines the Amiya Raya community.

This event marks another successful celebration at Amiya Raya, demonstrating the community’s shared values and commitment to building lasting memories together. The annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony has once again set the stage for a joyful holiday season at Amiya Raya.
