256 4Ps beneficiaries graduate in Las Piñas

A total of 256 beneficiaries of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Porgram (4Ps) received certificates and assistance packages from the local government of Las Piñas during the graduation ceremony in celebration of their journey from survival to self-sufficiency.

Vice Mayor April Aguilar led the graduation ceremony at the Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office (DRRMO) Building in Barangay Talon Dos.

They honored the beneficiaries on their commitment to improving their lives through education, livelihood, and holistic support provided by the city government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Aguilar praised the graduates for their hard work and resilience, emphasizing the importance of the city’s ongoing efforts to provide opportunities and resources that empower families, as well as reinforcing the city’s dedication to promoting sustainable development.

The vice mayor said the event also highlighted the strong partnership between the city government and the DSWD in uplifting families through continuous and comprehensive support programs.
