Palace declares Nov. 15 as special non-working day in San Jose, Dinagat Islands

Malacañang has declared Nov. 15 as a special non-working day in the municipality of San Jose in Dinagat Islands.

Through Proclamation 739, President Marcos made the declaration to mark the celebration of Dinagat Islands' 35th charter anniversary.

"[O]n 15 November 2024, Friday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands will mark the celebration of its 35th Charter Anniversary," Marcos said in the proclamation.

"It is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration," Marcos added.

The proclamation was signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Nov. 12, 2024.
