The warrant of arrest with no bail recommended for the crime of murder was issued by Presiding Judge Antonio Olivete of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 267 on Oct. 10.

Last July 2 in Arca South in Western Bicutan, Taguig, a 32-year-old man was walking along the street when Joseph blocked his path and forcibly took his bag containing a laptop and a cellphone.

When the victim resisted and refused to surrender his belongings, Joseph allegedly struck him in the head with a big stone that caused his death.

Yang commended the Taguig Police for the arrest.
