Police said the victim, Allan Vincent Eugenio, died from 10 bullet wounds.

The gunmen, aged 19 and 22 years old, were immediately arrested, along with the man who served as their lookout.

According to police, the victim was on his way home from work when the suspects followed him on Monday, October 7.

CCTV footage showed the victim was parking his motorcycle and fixing his gear in front of their house when one of the suspects suddenly shot him in the back.

Eugenio managed to run, but the gunman followed him and shot him again.

The suspects then took the victim's motorcycle and immediately escaped.

The victim's mother, who heard the gunshots and saw her son lying on the ground, immediately called for assistance to bring him to the hospital.

However, Eugenio succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, Mayor Vico Sotto and Vice Mayor Dodot Jaworski visited the victim's wake to offer their condolences.

“This unsettling event will be imprinted in our families' minds forever, nakamit man namin ang hustisya na nararapat para kay Alvin nawa'y habang buhay na ihiwalay sa lipunan ang tatlong lalaking walang awang kumuha sa buhay ng mahal namin… Justice has been served, but we will not stop here! Makulong ang dapat makulong, managot ang dapat na managot (We may have gotten the justice that Alvin rightfully deserved but we hope that the three men who mercilessly took his life are forever separated from society. Those who should be imprisoned must be imprisoned, and those who should be held accountable must face their actions),” Eugenio's family lamented.

The suspects are now detained at the Pasig Police Station and were charged with murder, carnapping, and illegal possession of firearms.
