Game is at 12 noon with the Knights seeking to improve their 6-3 record they share with the San Beda Red Lions and the Mapua Cardinals.

A victory would also inch Letran closer to pacesetter College of St. Benilde, which carries a 7-2 win-loss mark.

The Knights are still fresh from their 78-66 victory over the Pirates last Saturday, Oct. 5, and duplicating that feat is one of their immediate goals to keep the momentum going.

Letran, as well as every other team in the league, knew fully well how crucial the second round was, expecting a tight race for the Final Four slots.

Jimboy Estrada is slated to banner the Knights anew after finishing with 19 points, five rebounds and seven assists in their last matchup, while help is expected to come from Kevin Santos on all departments after a double-double performance of 17 points and 11 rebounds.

But expect Lyceum to adjust and regroup after that loss, where it lost steam from a strong start and never recovered.

John Barba is set to challenge Estrada, especially after shooting 24 points and grabbing seven rebounds in their last match.

Reinforcements will also come from Renz Villegas and Jonathan Daileg as the Pirates aim to hike their 4-5 win-loss tally.

Like Letran and Lyceum, University of Perpetual Help and Emilio Aguinaldo College also aim to break away from a three-way tie they share at fifth to seventh places in their 2:30 p.m. tussle.

Sporting similar 4-5 cards, the Altas hope to snap their three-game losing spell while the Generals shoot for a second straight victory after beating the San Sebastian Stags, 97-86, at the end of the elims.

Perpetual also hopes to reaffirm its mastery over EAC after prevailing 73-67 in their first-round meeting last Sept. 21.
