In a powerful show of unity, the FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist hosted back-to-back rallies in Manila and Quezon City, drawing over 1,200 supporters.

These gatherings, held on Oct. 4 and 5, 2024, showcased the momentum behind the partylist's advocacy for food security, progress, and justice as they prepare for the upcoming 2025 elections.

The Manila Assembly took place on Oct. 5 at the Delpan Sports Complex, where more than 900 supporters attended, including key figures such as Jervy Maglunob, President of Bayanihan; Ricky Mallari, Vice Chairman; Lheng Alejo, Vice President; and Chloe Evangelista, Youth President. These leaders reinforced the party’s mission to empower marginalized sectors and advance social equity through grassroots efforts.

Vice Chairman Ricky Mallari praised the high turnout, remarking, "Salute to Bayanihang Pilipino Manila City Chapter! For the attendance of almost a thousand Barangay Coordinators expressing full support to FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist! Go and multiply!" His words resonated with the assembly, where attendees expressed their commitment to the partylist’s mission.

In Quezon City, the rally was held on Oct. 4 at Brgy. Manresa Covered Court drew 300 attendees, including local leaders from Bayanihan PH-West Central. The event focused on the role of community leadership in supporting the FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist, with attendees emphasizing the importance of localized efforts in driving change across the country.

FPJ Panday Bayanihan is closely aligned with the Bayanihan movement, a national organization committed to promoting excellence in sports, arts, science and technology, and healthcare.

Composed of seasoned political organizers and emerging youth leaders, Bayanihan aims to uplift Filipino communities through skills development and cultural preservation and by providing educational and livelihood opportunities for underserved communities.

The movement also champions initiatives like promoting the display of the national flag, advocating for weekly renditions of the national anthem in private and public offices, and recognizing world-class Filipinos through the ‘Pagkilala sa Huwarang Pilipino (PHP)’ award. By identifying outstanding individuals in poor communities and connecting them with growth opportunities, Bayanihan is contributing to national pride and development.

As FPJ Panday Bayanihan marches toward the 2025 elections, these rallies demonstrate the widespread support for the partylist’s vision of a more equitable and just society. Backed by the Bayanihan movement, the partylist remains focused on creating meaningful change and elevating the lives of ordinary Filipinos.
