Pasay City police nab suspect wanted for lascivious acts

A 36-year-old man sought for two counts of lascivious acts was apprehended by the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section on October 7. 

 

As reported by Southern Police District (SPD) Director, Brig. Gen. Bernard Yang, the suspect, known by the alias Aga, was taken into custody at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Villaruel Street in Pasay City. 

 

Pasay City Police Chief, Col. Samuel Pabonita, confirmed the arrest of Aga, who was identified as the fifth most wanted person at the station level by WSS personnel engaged in operations targeting wanted individuals. 

 

Pabonita indicated that the suspect was arrested under a warrant issued by Judge Jehan Batua Sampao-Hassiman of the Pasay City Family Court, Branch 11, on August 22, 2024, with a recommended bail of P200,000 for each count. 

 

Following his arrest, the suspect has been held at the police custodial facility while awaiting the issuance of a commitment order from the originating court.
