Quezon solon files candidacy for last term

LUCENA CITY, Quezon – Reelectionist Quezon second district Rep. David "Jayjay" C. Suarez filed his Certificate of Candidacy on Monday, October 7.

Suarez, a House deputy speaker, vowed to continue infrastructure projects and provide jobs, livelihood, education, health, and social services to the district composed of Lucena City, Sariaya, Candelaria, Tiaong, San Antonio, and Dolores.

He thanked the people of the district for their support.

"You are the ones who give me strength and inspiration to continue to strive and work well for the development of our district and to contribute to the development of our province," he said.

No other individual has filed a COC to challenge Suarez, who is seeking a third and final term, as of Monday.
