Maybank's new app to meet evolving customer needs

Maybank Philippines, a member of the Maybank Group, has announced the launch of its revamped Maybank2U PH (M2U) mobile app. 

The upgraded app, available on both iOS and Android platforms, boasts enhanced security features, a more intuitive user interface, and personalized banking experiences.

One of the key highlights of the new M2U is its advanced security measures. The app incorporates Secure2U, a two-factor authentication system that adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. Users can also benefit from the unique device binding feature, which limits the app's use to a specific device.

In addition to security enhancements, the M2U app offers a redesigned interface that is easier to navigate. 

The app's features are now more intuitive, making it simpler for users to perform daily banking transactions. Moreover, users can enjoy a consistent experience across different Maybank2U apps in Southeast Asia.

The new M2U also introduces personalized banking features, allowing users to customize the app's appearance and receive tailored recommendations based on their banking habits. Users can stay updated with the latest promotions and advisories through push notifications and in-app messages.

The upgraded M2U app serves as a gateway to a range of new services and features that Maybank Philippines plans to introduce. 

From one-touch digital account applications to debit card services and exclusive offers, the app aims to cater to the evolving needs of its customers.

Maybank Philippines Chairman of the Board, Anthony Brent Elam, emphasized the importance of convenience in today's fast-paced world. 

He highlighted the company's commitment to providing a banking experience that aligns with customers' lifestyles.

Maybank Philippines OIC-President and CEO, Patrick Dennis L. Solosa, further underscored the bank's dedication to offering convenience, security, and innovation. 

He emphasized that the new M2U app is a testament to this vision, with its enhanced features, improved security, and user-friendly interface.

To celebrate the launch of the upgraded M2U app, Maybank Philippines hosted a festive event at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater. 

The event featured a live performance by the popular band Lola Amour and attracted a large crowd of invited guests.

The new M2U app is now available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
