A 51-year-old former tokhang surrenderee and his cohorts were arrested once again by the Makati City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit and the Olympia Police Sub-station for possession of illegal drugs and other drug paraphernalia, the Southern Police District (SPD) reported.
