In Batangas, for instance, PHINMA Maayo San Jose opened in 2022, making its debut as a sanctuary for middle-income families. This vibrant neighborhood brings residents closer to rich cultural sites, sunlit beaches, and local farms, wrapping them in a heritage-driven atmosphere. It’s a place that feels like home because it’s woven into the fabric of Filipino traditions. Shortly after, PHINMA launched Maayo Tugbok in Davao, expanding its reach in Mindanao and enhancing accessibility for a community that values closeness and connection.

Cebu City witnessed a unique addition with PHINMA’s UniPlace. Located in the Southwestern University Village, it’s more than a dorm—it’s a community for students and young professionals who want to live, learn, and grow within reach of the city’s bustling schools, malls, and workplaces. Similarly, in Las Piñas, PHINMA’s Metrotowne blends suburban ease with urban perks, offering a calm refuge without sacrificing the nearby conveniences for new families and professionals.

Then there’s Likha Residences, PHINMA’s homage to high-end Filipino living. This exclusive enclave in Alabang presents townhouses crafted with a modern Filipino aesthetic, creating a luxurious but rooted sanctuary. A sister community was later built in Davao, bringing the same blend of elegance and local flavor to a quieter neighborhood a stone's throw from Lanang and Samal Island.

We are designing and building homes that are safe, comfortable, and accessible because these are the foundation for a dignified life that will empower residents to thrive and become better citizens.”
