Debuting his album, HELP EVER HURT NEVER, in 2020 which featured his single "Shinunoga E-Wa." Fujii never expected that the song would blow up on Tiktok and eventually land a spot on Billboard Japan’s Hot Albums chart.

Career

Fujii’s musical journey started when he was young and influenced by his father’s classical piano skills. By 12, he was serenading audiences with his piano covers on YouTube, quickly gaining industry attention.

Growing up, Fujii was always fascinated by the songs of Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, and Janet Jackson, whom he considers his biggest musical influences.

Making headlines on the music scene during the pandemic, Fujii was selected as YouTube Japan’s first Artist On The Rise and picked for Spotify’s global program, RADAR.

With over a million followers on his Instagram and streams on Spotify, Fujii was glad that more and more people were listening and appreciating his love for music.
