Ex-mayor Isko to Mayor Honey: Peace be with you

Former Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso and his running mate Chi Atienza accompanied re-electionist Manila First District Rep. Ernix Dionisio in filing his candidacy at the Comelec- National Capital Region office in San Juan City.

In an interview, he said the Congress needs Dionisio to strengthen the programs for the slums in Tondo.

“We are very happy and very proud of Ernix Dionisio representing District 1 particularly Tondo in Congress and we will continue to support him in our own little way with Ms. Chi Atienza,” he said.

When he was asked about his message to incumbent re-electionist Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan, he answered “Peace be with you… Hayaan ko na lang ang mga taumbayan sa Maynila na sumagot (I will let the residents of Manila to answer),” he added.

He said he and Mayor Lacuna are in good terms.

“Yes, okay naman (We are good),” he said.

“Kami sa grupo namin iprepresinta lang namin ang gusto namin gawin at mga pwede pang gawin (We, in our group, just present what we had done and what more we could do),” he added.

Domagoso did not mention when he will file his certificate of candidacy.

“I’ll see you soon. I want this moment dedicated, Chi and I are here to show our support to reelectionist First District Representative Ernix Dionisio,” he noted.
