He urged residents to unite and cooperate and report any sighting of the victim to authorities.

The Critical Incident Management Task Group-Eastman formed by the Police Regional Office-9 (Zamboanga Peninsula) said that it continues to purse Eastman’s kidnappers based on intelligence reports and profiles of persons of interest.

“The coordination and mobilization of resources across provincial boundaries demonstrate our shared commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all individuals,” CIMTG-Eastman said.

It thanked the local government of Sibuco for cooperating and aiding in the investigation.

The Police Regional Office-Bangsamoro said that they are investigating reports that Eastman was brought to Basilan.

But PRO-Bangsamoro chief Police Brig. Gen. Romeo Juan Macapas said there is no indication that Eastman is in the province.
