A businesswoman tagged as a most wanted person by the Parañaque Police was arrested for two counts of human trafficking on Sunday, October 20.
The suspect was identified as “Anna,” 48, and was arrested at a food court compound in Pelaez St. Barangay San Dionisio.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for two counts of Qualified Trafficking in Persons issued by Judge Belen Salespara-Carasig of the Parañaque City Regional Trial Court, Branch 195 on June 30, 2021.
The suspect was detained at the police custodial facility after her arrest.
