A female student fell from a motorcycle taxi after it collided with a public utility vehicle along Nicanor Reyes Street in Sampaloc, Manila, on Monday morning, October 21.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the name of the victim who sustained minor scratches on her arms and a possible fracture.
The incident happened in front of the Far Eastern University's gate 4 at around 9 a.m.
Witnesses said the motorcycle driver lost control when he collided with a PUV who was also traveling on the same lane.
The victim was still wearing her helmet when she fell from the motorcycle.
FEU's security and health personnel gave first aid treatment to the victim.
Elements of the Manila Police District (MPD) also arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation.
