The authorities have not yet disclosed the identities of the suspects and the victim.

In CCTV footage, the victim, accompanied by a woman, was seen eating and drinking inside a private room in the restaurant with the two suspects and the alleged manager of the restaurant.

The victim and the suspects were reportedly having a heated argument when suddenly one of the suspects, reported to be a bodyguard, took a gun from his pocket and handed it to the other suspect.

The other suspect, who was wearing a black shirt in the footage, then fired a warning shot before shooting the victim multiple times.

Authorities said the victim sustained four gunshot wounds to his hands, arms, and chest. He was immediately brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

The police said the motive for the killing could be business-related or linked to a love triangle.

They added that the gunman might have a high profile, as the footage showed him slapping the restaurant's owner.

They are now coordinating with the Chinese Embassy and the Chinese community for the arrest of the suspects.
