QC motorists to expect heavy traffic due to Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference delegates’ site visit


Motorists were advised to expect heavy traffic on Friday, October 18, due to the site visit of delegates from the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in various areas of the city.

According to the city’s Public Information Office, the event will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Heavy traffic is anticipated along Welcome Rotonda via Quezon Avenue, CP Garcia Avenue, Quezon City Hall Gate 3, QC Hall Gate 2, A. Bonifacio Exit, and Saret Street in Barangay Old Batasan Hills.

Personnel from the Traffic and Transport Management Department (TTMD) and the Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) have coordinated to manage traffic flow in these areas.

The city government advised motorists to take alternate routes.
