19 police chiefs in Iloilo province reshuffled


ILOILO CITY – Nineteen police chiefs in Iloilo province were reshuffled after the filing of Certificates of Candidacy last week.

Police Major Rolando Araño, spokesperson of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) led by Police Col. Bayani Razalan, said the movement was routine procedure. “All unit commanders that served for two years have to be transferred,” Araño said.

Three were transferred from the IPPO headquarters in Santa Barbara town – Police Major Harold Rendora and Captains Hector Ayagan and Dande Ilalto.  

Rendora, Ayagan, and Ilato were named chiefs of the Pavia, Janiuay, and Zarraga Municipal Police Stations, respectively.

Police Major Dadje Delima and Capt. Jojo Octavo, chiefs of the Pavia MPS and Bingawan MPS, respectively, were transferred to the IPPO headquarters.

Others who were moved were: 

- Major Richard Lao from San Miguel MPS to Miag-ao MPS

- Capt. Aileen Lacrite from Dingle MPS to Cabatuan MPS

- Capt. Francis Donne Lomahan from Miag-ao MPS to Igbaras MPS

- Capt. Martin Pugales from Igbaras MPS to Leon MPS

- Capt. Randy Lambungan from Ajuy MPS to Banate MPS

- Capt. John Robles from Leganes MPS to Lemery MPS

- Capt. Jose Winston Biadog from Lemery MPS to Ajuy MPS

- Capt. Enrique Robles from Banate MPS to Leganes MPS

- Capt. Alwin Salmon from Janiuay MPS to Dingle MPS

- Major Kenn Albert Lepsia from Concepcion MPS to Dumangas MPS

- Major Samuel Vipinosa from Dumangas MPS to Concepcion MPS

- Capt. Zharra dela Rosa from Zarraga MPS to San Miguel MPS

- Capt. Dionisio Estacio from Cabatuan MPS to the National Capital Police Regional Office (NCRPO)

- Lt. Philip Girao from Sara MPS to Bingawan MPS
