CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police have apprehended seven suspects in the brutal murder of prominent online sellers Arvin and Lerma Lulu in Santo Rosario, Mexico, Pampanga, on October 4.

Police Brig. Gen. Redrico A. Maranan, Police Regional Office-3 chief, said the Mexico Municipal Police Station, along with the Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB), and the 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFC), conducted a focused operation over two days from October 13 to 14.
Their efforts led to the arrest of the gunman, Arnold Taylan, and Arnel Buan, backrider, in Nueva Ecija.
POLICE have apprehended seven suspects in the murder of two online sellers in Pampanga.
Initial statements provided by Taylan and Buan to the police led to the arrest of the remaining five suspects – Robert Dimaliwat, Rolando Cruz, Jomie Rabandaban, Sancho Nieto, and the alleged mastermind, Anthony Limon.
Investigation said that Limon, an online seller like the victims, had a P13-million debt to the couple, providing a potential motive for the crime.
Recovered from the suspects were nine firearms – three caliber 9mm pistols, five caliber .45 pistols, one .22 caliber rifle, and an air gun.
Maranan commended operating units for arresting the suspects.
Their arrest emphasized the Philippine National Police’s unwavering commitment to delivering justice for the victims' families, he said.
“Our mission to ensure the safety and security of our community remains our top priority,” Maranan said. “We will leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of justice and accountability for this heinous crime.”
The mayor of Mabalacat City, Pampanga, where the victims reside, offered a reward for the aresst of the suspects.
