2GO, Grab partner to offer door-to-pier service

Logistics firm 2GO Group, Inc. has partnered with Grab Philippines to provide passengers with a more convenient and hassle-free travel experience.

In a statement, the Sy-led transportation and logistics solutions provider said passengers who book their 2GO Travel tickets through the 2GO app will receive a Grab promo code starting Tuesday, Oct. 15.

The code can be used to book rides to or from their homes to specified ports in Manila, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cagayan de Oro.

“Our partnership with Grab aligns perfectly with our goal of providing seamless transportation solutions to and from the pier,” said Blessie Cruz, head of the 2GO Retail Business Unit.

“Grab is an ideal partner to help us fulfill this promise, enhancing the overall travel convenience we offer our passengers,” she added.

GJ Roño, Grab Philippine Commercial and Business Development director added they have “always been eager to collaborate with companies that share our mission of improving the transport experience for Filipinos.”
“Through our partnership with 2GO, we enable more Filipinos to plan and access a seamless, integrated transport experience that is both safe and convenient,” Roño said.

To take advantage of this offer, passengers need to download the 2GO app, purchase their tickets, and receive the Grab promo code. The code is valid for rides both to and from the pier. (Derco Rosal)
