PonteFino Estates unveiled The Forum, a 4.26-hectare Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)-registered IT business park and the first real estate development in the city to receive certification from the PEZA of the Department of Trade and Industry as an Information Technology business hub, poised to become a key destination for business, IT, and retail in Batangas City on Thursday, September 26.

The launch underscored PonteFino's commitment to transforming Batangas City into a prime investment destination. The city boasts the second-largest international port and hosts over 100 multinational companies, primarily in fuel and power, further enhancing its status as a top IT destination.
