The DFMI is an organization founded by Governor Daniel R. Fernando, chaired by Tenie Ramirez Bautista the first nominee, Architect Noel Ramirez, the second nominee and the third nominee Atty. Macky.

The Party List DFMI  is eyeing a seat in the House of Representatives was fully supported by the entire family of Ramirez led by Fernando.

Before the filing of COC, the Bulacan governor and the Ramirez family attended the early morning Holy Mass at the St. Agustin Church in Intramuros, Manila.

Fernando said DFMI has served the province of Bulacan for a long time, through the Mobile Clinic went to the most remote areas and offered free medical services, treated sick people, and gave medicines for free.

It was recalled that in the year 2013, DFMI became known through their Computer School on Wheels project for Bulakenyos. Mobile classrooms that rolled out province-wide were a big step for Bulakenyos that improved their knowledge of computer skills and helped them land a good job by providing adequate access to information.

Five buses containing 16 sets of computers were allotted for the said project, one was for the City of San Jose Del Monte, and the other four were in the districts in Bulacan that gave free computer education right at the doorstep of residents in various barangays in the cities and municipalities of the province.
