Former Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso posted a video on his social media page wandering around the famous streets in Manila, teasing his supporters on his political comeback in the capital city he once headed against incumbent Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan.

On Sunday, October 6, Domagoso uploaded a new Facebook video with the caption "Dinidinig ko ang mga sigaw at panawagan ninyo. Todits na ulit ako, mga Batang Maynila (I hear your cries and calls. I am here again, children of Manila)"

The video featured the Jones Bridge and Ongpin Street in Binondo, and Kartilya ng Katipunan and Manila Central Post Office in Ermita with background music of Manila by The Hotdogs.

Several videos of him doing the rounds of barangays in Tondo with his reported running mate Chi Atienza, have also been circulating on social media.

Atienza, the daughter of former Manila Mayor Lito Atienza, will challenge incumbent Vice Mayor John Marvin " Yul Servo" Nieto.

As Domagoso prepares for his return, his constituents continue to share social media posts to show their support for the Moreno-Atienza duo and the candidates under the "Yorme's Choice" list as well as Aksyon Demokratiko.

In an interview, he said his group only intended to show what they had done for the city and what more they could do.

Domagoso will reportedly file his certificates of candidacy (COC) on Tuesday morning, October 8, which is the Comelec's last day for the filing of COCs.

The former mayor served as the city's local chief executive from 2019 to 2022 and ran but lost in the 2022 presidential elections.
