Now, I have officially filed my COC to become Muntinlupa’s representative in Congress again. Attached to this paper is the promise that your trust and love that you continue to give me and the whole One Muntinlupa [party] will not be ignored),” Fresnedi posted on Facebook.

He said in Congress, he became the principal author of 277 bills and co-author of 23 bills since 2022.

Fresnedi cited the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) survey as one of the best performing lawmakers in the National Capital Region with an 86.3 percent job performance approval rating in 2023.

(That’s why in my run for office again, you should remember only one thing–that is I will more diligent and further improve my service. I will continue to file laws for the development of Filipinos),” he said.

On Oct. 4, Fresnedi accompanied his partymates in One Muntinlupa to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Muntinlupa office in Alabang for the filing of their COCs.

The Comelec set the filing of COCs from Oct. 1 to 8.
