Go Negosyo holds online selling summit


Non-profit organization Go Negosyo held an online selling summit, attracting hundreds of active and aspiring entrepreneurs on-site and online.

The aspiring entrepreneurs were given informative lectures from e-commerce experts and receive free mentoring from Go Negosyo’s lineup of veteran entrepreneurship mentors.

Some of the biggest names in online selling platforms also participated as lecturers or as exhibitors, alongside financing solutions providers and government regulatory agencies including Angkas, PLDT Enterprise, Shopee, TikTok, Lalamove, Grab, Carousell, Raket PH, Paymongo, Airspeed, and USAID SPEED.

The summit was held at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay on Friday, Oct. 4.

According to  Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion, the summit aims to equip business with know-hows in order to reach more customers.

“We have to make sure that businesses not only keep up but also get ahead and reach more customers not just within the barangay but worldwide. Even the micro, basta may tamang diskarte, laging magtatagumpay (with the right skill, they will succeed),” said Concepcion.

Go Negosyo Online Selling Summit was hosted by content creator Bea Fabregas, entrepreneur Vince Velasco, and TV host Betong Sumaya.

It was also supported by the US Embassy in the Philippines.
