Vietnamese woman denies alleged romance with Daniel Padilla

The Vietnamese woman being linked to actor Daniel Padilla has come out to break her silence relating the issue.

On Instagram, Minh Phuong, shared screenshots of some fans' allegations against her, relating “Since last year, I have received a lot of messages from fans and supporters of Daniel Padilla, a famous actor in the Philippines."

She would go on to relate how she met Daniel.

“It is known that Daniel visited Vietnam last year with his friends. Prior to his visit (to) my country, I have never met him."

Their meeting happened at a bar her brother owns.

“My brother told me that Daniel is there, and I can say Hi to him because I know he is a famous actor,” she said.

“I saw Daniel and his friends in the bar, exchanged a few words, and then I went back home with my sister,” she added. “That is the end of my interaction with him.”

Minh Phuong then urged fans to be “civilized and polite," revealing she has received threats.

“Please be a cultured person,” she said. “You guys have threatened my life and my job, sent messages, and spammed my family and friends.”

She added, “A lot of you guys think that I am someone important, but I want to ask the question: Are you accusing me with no proof and all speculations?”

She ended the post asking netizens to “maintain dignity and respect” visiting her online site.

“And please do not act without thinking,” she ended.
