After weeks of surprising plot twists and emotional revelations, GMA Network and Regal Entertainment’s primetime series ‘Lovers and Liars’ airs its final episode this Thursday (Jan. 11).
The series is top-billed by the Optimum Star Claudine Barretto as Via Laurente, a successful businesswoman who gets entangled in an illicit affair with a younger man and who now seeks to find justice in proving her innocence from the death of her husband.
Joining the powerhouse cast are Shaira Diaz, Yasser Marta, Rob Gomez, Kimson Tan, Michelle Vito, Sarah Edwards, Polo Ravales, Christian Vasquez, and Lianne Valentin.
In the previous episode, to save the life of Kenneth (Ruslan Jacob), Joseph (Rob Gomez) sacrifices his renewed relationship with Andrea (Michelle Vito) in order for Ronnie (Polo Ravales) to assist in saving the child's life.
Meanwhile, Hannah (Lianne Valentin) decides to confront Victor (Christian Vasquez) after finding out what he did to Andrea. Unfortunately, tables turn when Victor discovers Hannah and Kelvin’s (Kimson Tan) secret affair. Will the two be able to fulfill their promise to each other that they will be together in the end? Or will Victor hinder this and cause a tragic end for both?
Nika (Shaira Diaz) falls for the demands of Trina (Sarah Edwards) to help plot in the downfall of Via, but Nika and Caloy (Yasser Marta) set aside their conflict in order to save Via from the wicked plans of Trina and Elizabeth (Ara Mina).
After Via discovers that Martin (Bernard Palanca) and Elizabeth have been in connivance all along, Via is eager to know the truth behind Ramon's (Johnny Revilla) death to finally clear her name. Via believes that Martin and Elizabeth may have been plotting against her all along.
On the other hand, Trina also begins to doubt her mother, Elizabeth, when she finds out that the latter is involved with Victor. Will Elizabeth and Victor be successful in their plans to bring Via down? What if the truth about their relationship is uncovered? How will this affect Trina, and how will this trigger the emergence of the truth behind Ramon's killing?
