ZAMBOANGA CITY – Police here and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) seized four kilos of suspected shabu worth P27.5 million from four drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Calarian, this city, on Wednesday, January 10.

Zamboanga City police director Police Col. Alexander Lorenzo identified the suspects as Ben Kalbi, 33, of Jolo, Sulu; Nadzmar Elyas, 38, of Bongao, Tawi-Tawi; Wajil Handrang, and Noralyn Tahil, a high-value drug target.
They yielded four kilos of shabu packed in four sealed plastic bags, a bag containing 50 grams of shabu, and marked money.
Suspects are under the custody of the Zamboanga City Police Station 8 while the contraband were brought to the Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office.
