De Venecia said the event with the theme "Locally Led, Community Crafted," will transform public spaces into artistic venues.

He said that during the festival, streets and cafés become stages, local heroes take center stage, and Pangasinense pride echoes through every performance, workshop, and exhibition.

The founder of the event added that the festival will feature over a dozen cultural events throughout the district.

Among them are a cyanotype workshop with artist Tessa Martinez which explores a historic photographic printing technique; Brewed Expressions, a session on brewing and latte art; and Do It Labat by Hey x Youth that will have live performances, pop-up art booths, and interactive installations.

De Venecia, a prominent advocate of the local creative industry, is optimistic that the festival will be successful.

"This year, we hand the reins to our Pangasinense creatives. Let them showcase their ingenuity and elevate Galila to new heights."
