CANDELARIA, Quezon – The body of a suspected “salvage” or summary execution victim was found in Barangay San Isidro, this town, on Tuesday, September 10.
Police said the victim was wearing black T-shirt, black shorts, aged 30 to 40, medium-built, and had the tattoos Saman in his right hand and Dovil Gin in his right shoulder.
Both his hands were tied behind his back with an iron wire.
Recovered near the victim was a fired 9mm cartridge case.
Police are conducting follow-up investigation.
