I’m very mindful of what is readily available in my closet. To keep it fresh and new, I rotate my wardrobe regularly so there’s always a piece I rediscover to mix and match with my current capsule. This also sparks my creativity and makes me less prone to impulse buying. Recently, I’ve been drawn to nudes and whites with pops of color like lime green, red, and silver to keep things fun. My #StyleWeekend starts with a long run, about 10 to 15 km. Right before I come home, I visit the wet market to replenish my pantry for the week. I do some meal prepping in the afternoon before heading out to the club by the beach!—Taj Jimenez

I love a good statement piece, and in this outfit, it’s the leopard shoes that my grandma gave me. She literally sources all my best pieces. Something with patterns and eye-catching details is always fun, but I usually like to pair it with something simple, like a black top and jorts. I’ve taken an interest in pairing simple pieces with statement ones as a way to be more sustainable while ensuring that a piece of me is reflected in what I wear, which also includes the red bag. Even as an accent color, I just love having red in my outfits. My #StyleWeekend begins the night before. During breaks between schoolwork, I like to dig into my closet and have a little fashion show, so the next day, my outfit is all set! I don’t have a strict routine or weekend schedule, but typically, I’ll either go to a café to study, hang out with my sister, or go on a fun trip to Makati City. Whatever the occasion, I always like to have my outfits ready, as it helps me get into the zone of whatever I’m doing. I think my style projects my personality and mindset. So, whatever I’m doing, I like to make sure I am dressed for the occasion.—Izzy Gonzalez

My look is unabashedly anything that piques my interest. My closet is mostly vintage at this point. The way I mix my pieces is quite eclectic. Being morena is such an advantage for someone who loves colorful pieces—colors pop beautifully on brown skin! My #StyleWeekend begins with a not-so-quick music jamming session in the kitchen. I go around the city looking for inspiration and working on my brand, Kael Street. In the evening, I like to sit with my embroidery and my incense lit.—Mikaella Borinaga

My personal style leans toward a classic and comfy look. I enjoy combining timeless basics and enhancing them with my favorite accessories and jewelry. I like to keep things versatile, so sometimes I’ll switch it up with a statement piece or add a pop of color to keep my outfits fresh and interesting. My #StyleWeekend usually involves spending time with family and friends by exploring new places around the area. Lots of Local in Makati City was one of the new spots I checked out with my friends over the weekend and we copped a bunch of cute items from local stores!—Sophie Espiritu

My outfit that weekend featured a green corset top from a fast fashion brand (which I don’t recommend buying from), a pair of lavender thrifted pants, a blue jacket (gifted), and gifted sneakers. Most of my wardrobe comes from thrift shops or gifts, and whenever I do buy fast fashion, I make sure it's something I’ll wear for at least three years. I still wear a top I bought eight years ago. I love pops of color, like bright reds and emerald greens, and I usually have a jacket with me. My #StyleWeekend is all about catching up with friends—it helps me destress and motivates me for the coming week.—Kyla Reyes
