This is a meaningful and timely tribute as we celebrate Singapore’s 59th National Day and the 55th anniversary of the strong and enduring partnership between Singapore and the Philippines. For over five decades, our two countries have collaborated and supported each other in ways that have brought tremendous benefits to our peoples.
